As a Marketing Strategy Associate within the Card Marketing Activation and Transformation team, you will lead testing data analysis efforts, communicate outcomes, and expand result metrics. You will connect Business Units, Marketing Growth & Innovation, and execution teams, serving as a liaison with stakeholders in Data & Analytics.
Job responsibilities:
- Help define the overall testing data roadmap across Acquisitions & Existing Card Marketing.
- Partner with Chase Data Science Team, Data & Analytics, Channel, Brand, and Cobrand teams.
- Drive results to achieve goals set in OKRs (incremental accounts and NPV).
- Ensure tests are read on time 90% of the time based on agreement with Data & Analytics.
- Communicate quarterly scorecard, specific/general learnings, and collective roadmap to Business Units Partners.
- Enhance learning agenda based on internal/external best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of business experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Understanding of campaign marketing KPIs and performance drivers.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in in-market testing and experimentation.
- Prior experience in credit card marketing strongly preferred.
- Ability to connect the dots across ongoing initiatives and anticipate deliverables.
- Experience with ETL and data visualization tools.
