As an Offers & Shopping Marketing Campaign Manager within our Marketing Team, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive development and implementation of email campaigns and channel marketing. Collaborating closely with both internal and external partners, your role will be pivotal in delivering effective communications and optimizing engagement across various customer segments.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end email marketing execution for Offers & Shopping campaigns across all delivery channels.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate campaign execution, owning requirements and deliverables.
- Anticipate and communicate operational needs, executing on deliverables.
- Eliminate roadblocks and find mutually beneficial solutions to interruptions or delays.
- Gain and maintain knowledge of product vision, strategy, and operations, championing with stakeholders.
- Collaborate on audience segmentation and personalization to optimize engagement.
- Partner with creative agencies to refresh email creative and develop new content for specific segments.
- Manage and communicate tracking and analytics of email campaigns, drawing insights from data.
- Execute process and control requirements for marketing channels, adopting Single Intake and Control checklists.
- Build relationships across stakeholders, including product-design-technology teams and business lines.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong prioritization and management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong written/verbal communication and emerging presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- 3+ years of marketing execution, project coordination, or similar experience.
- Experience with CRM, campaign analytics, and marketing automation systems.
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to deliver fully vetted answers and recommendations.
- Ability to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Capacity to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop and execute "test-and-learn" approaches to inform email strategy.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in a regulated industry with an understanding of risks and controls in marketing.
- Understanding of core marketing channels: Digital, Email, Direct Mail.
- Hands-on, "can do" attitude with a track record of contributing.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, and flexibility in learning new systems.
