As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in Liquidity and Account Solutions you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions in partnership with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development.

Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS") works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operate across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions. Our advanced, end-to-end solutions combine physical, notional and virtual techniques allowing our clients to achieve visibility, control and optimization of working capital.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads solutioning and adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities
  • Defines and configure optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives and serve as a subject matter expert on a Liquidity products and capabilities
  • Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge through collaboration on trainings
  • Engages with client teams to identify key pain points and refine solutions through regular communication of critical client feedback to Product teams helping define the strategic product roadmap
  • Leads commercial, profitable relationships with customers
  • Develops relationships with broader coverage / distribution partners across firm to proliferate new ideas / opportunities
  • Engages customers, peers and product partners to provide thought leadership opportunities to drive internal/external transformation
  • Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product
  • Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients
  • Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral
  • Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
  • Payments/Cash Management industry knowledge
  • Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Extensive client facing experience working in a sales cycle
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
  • Sole-contributor who can create bespoke pitch books/analyses in support of business development
  • Critical thinker who can digest complex topics and distill into simple themes
  • Effective written and verbal communicator
  • Able to handle multiple parallel threads with a high degree of organization

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with Bank regulatory framework (e.g. LCR, GSIB, etc...)
  • Understanding of Corporate treasury and Money markets
  • Awareness of client monies and associated regulation
  • Understanding of corporate treasuries (currency/risk management, hedging programs)
