Incident Process Management Associate
As members of the Firmwide Process Management Team, we are required to Control, Document, Govern, Maintain and Improve the Firmwide Policies / Process / Procedures and Job Aids in relation to Incident Management, Event Management, as well as any new processes that may transition over to our team going forward.
For this role in particular, You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to manage the data, in accordance with the governance required to comply with the controls and audit requirements for the firm. As well as cross training with the process SME's to assist on the process side as and when required.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including but not limited to:
- Professional experience in a corporate environment managing and maturing Firmwide processes in the role of Incident/Event Management, Service Management or Production Support.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a stressful environment; results-oriented.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate to senior management.
- Proven ability to influence others, especially outside of your immediate area.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with, and across, multiple teams in a global organization; ability to build relationships both from a customer and technical point of view - this involves global interaction.
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met.
- ITIL certification preferred but not essential.
