As a HR Vendor Management Analyst II in our Global HR Vendor Management team, you will become a key player promoting innovation in vendor relationships and operations. You will contribute to global teams, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance service delivery and optimize operations. Your expertise in process optimization, data solutions, and strategic innovation will be crucial in managing vendor activities from negotiations through onboarding, steady-state, and offboarding. Job responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Oversee processes related to Third-Party Oversight, Model Governance, Data Use, and AI/Machine Learning. Ensure proper setup and funding of purchase orders and timely vendor payments.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships with Line of Business (LOB) leaders.
- Conduct vendor audits, KPI reporting, improvement plans, business reviews, ROI reporting, and performance evaluations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vendor relationships effectively
- Experience in reporting and data analysis to provide consolidated views of vendor engagements
- High-level communication skills, including effective cross-cultural communication
- Comfortable working with Executive Directors (EDs) and Managing Directors (MDs), and capable of creating professional presentations
- Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain healthy stakeholder relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to anticipate project impacts
- Confidence to offer ideas and solutions, and question information validity
- Good people-management skills; ability to interact with employees at all levels and impart knowledge clearly
