Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, intellectually intriguing team? As an Associate within the Syndicate team, you will join JPMorgan, a market leader in Global Securitized Products. The Securitised Products Group (SPG) & Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) Syndicate works collaboratively with banking, research, trading, and sales to deliver best-in-class financing solutions to Asset Based Security (ABS) and Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) issuers, and CLO Managers. As an Associate in the Syndicate team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of a new issue transaction: from pitching for new mandates, to giving input during the structuring phase, to leading the marketing of a transaction. You will assist in the marketing of JP Morgan SPG & CLO transactions and manage internal and external communications across the full lifecycle of transactions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the marketing of JP Morgan SPG & CLO transactions.
  • Manage internal and external communications across the full lifecycle of transactions.
  • Follow market developments and news and help to prepare & deliver market updates.
  • Maintain a variety of SPG & CLO databases.
  • Organize roadshows and conference meetings.
  • Build relationships with SPG & CLO issuers and investors.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple short-term and long-term projects.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in SPG/CLO products

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
