Join Drive the Future internship program in Chile if you are a recently graduated student without job experience. In this opportunity the LATAM & Canada Controllers Business Managementteam is looking a new intern.
The LATAM & Canada Controllers' goals are to ensure a sound control environment and provide financial advice to support the Corporate & Investment Bank's business strategy around the globe. LATAM & Canada Regional Controller Business Manager is seeking for a new member that joins the regional effort, based in Santiago de Chile. Regional Controllers Business Manager is responsible to oversee and monitor control efforts, monitor headcount, people and expenses as well than run multiple projects related to corporate legal entity strategy, local regulatory agenda as well than reporting programs.

Job responsibilities:
- Support Project execution (Implementation of new projects to enhance controls and process in the region as well than participate in projects executed at global level).
- Support Control Metrics and Key items/initiatives scorecard production.
- Support Preparation of monthly and quarterly control forums
- Support and monitor administrative requirements, people/HC requirements, control requirements, BM requirements between others.
- Support/Monitor policies and procedures changes that may impact LATAM LEC organization, socialize and run gap analysis if needed.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Graduated students of Accounting/Finance/Administration/Business
- Fluent in English
- Full-time availability
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Knowledge of accounting and project management
