We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Manager to lead the continued expansion of our Payments Developer Portal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a cutting-edge digital marketplace, serving as the Payments business' digital storefront where prospects and customers can discover, evaluate, purchase, and manage integrations with our innovative payment solutions and services.
As a Product Manager in Payments' Digital & Design organization, you will be an integral part of the team scaling the Payments Developer Portal. Influencing technical buyers is a strategic focus for the firm, and a specific area of focus for the Payments business. The Payments Developer Portal is the strategic platform connecting developers to our products and services with the vision and roadmap to deliver frictionless developer experiences at every stage of the buying lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, setting measurable goals and tracking progress against key performance indicators
- Own, develop, and maintain a product backlog that enables development to deliver incremental customer value against the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Launch new products and solutions on the developer portal, delivering cutting-edge developer experiences that set industry standards
- Integrate advanced technologies into the platform to enhance functionality and user engagement
- Deliver digital-native self-service capabilities to streamline onboarding and manage integrations efficiently
- Scale the developer portal as one of J.P. Morgan Payments' strategic platforms, driving growth and expanding its reach within the developer community
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to enhance the portal's offerings and expand its reach within the developer community
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the portal
- Lead the analysis to assess upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product and customer experiences
- Drive the creation of requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Product management experience with digital marketplaces
- Proficiency with agile frameworks and demonstrated experience leading product teams using the agile methodology
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Product management experience for technical products built for engineers (e.g., APIs, frameworks, infrastructure)
- Prior experience working with APIs and/or developer portals
- Prior experience as a software engineer
- Preferred industry experience in Payments
- Preferred experience with Financial Technology
