Join us to lead data governance initiatives and drive impactful risk mitigation strategies in the banking domain.
As a Data Management Lead within the Data Analytics team, you will develop and implement strategies to mitigate data risks across products and data stores. You will influence stakeholders, develop metrics for data risk assessment, and ensure alignment with firmwide policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for data across CCB products.
- Train and influence CCB Product Owners and Data Owners.
- Create metrics and reports for data risk assessment.
- Collaborate with Control and Audit functions for policy alignment.
- Lead priority ad hoc Data Governance initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Governance, Risk Management, or Controls in finance.
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL functions.
- Experience with Agile project management and SDLC.
- Strong collaboration and team leadership skills.
- Proven initiative, influence, and results-driven approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
