As a Data Management Senior Associate within the Data and Analytics team, you will develop and execute Master Data Management strategies, ensuring data risks are effectively managed as data transitions to the public cloud. You will play a crucial role in aligning protocols with firmwide policies and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Master Data Management strategies for Reference Data and Classifiers.
- Define and enhance protocols for managing data risk in the public cloud.
- Manage the implementation of data risk management protocols.
- Develop metrics and reports for stakeholders to track strategic initiative progress.
- Collaborate with Control and Audit functions to ensure alignment with firmwide policies and regulatory requirements.
- Document controls in firmwide tooling.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Governance, Risk Management, or Controls in the financial sector.
- Experience with Agile project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work through ambiguity.
- Proven initiative, influence, and results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with PowerPoint, PitchPro+, Confluence, Teams, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Master Data Management and Reference Data Concepts.
- Experience with reporting, data, or analytics.
