As a Data Management Associate Senior within the Data Quality Item Management team, you will enhance data quality across the Item Management lifecycle, collaborating with diverse teams to drive impactful solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead evaluation of data quality items within specific CCB Sub-LOBs, Products, or Functional Areas.
  • Ensure efficient progression of data quality items through all lifecycle phases, meeting established SLAs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes and establish timelines for resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with Controls, Product/Data Owners, Technology teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide insights to support both tactical and strategic resolution paths.
  • Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and Data Quality Working Groups.
  • Oversee timely execution of tasks, escalating issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Extensive experience in Data Analytics, Data Lineage, Data Governance, Risk, Controls, or Compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in data storytelling.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Alteryx.
  • Experience with data analysis in AWS or other cloud environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to engage across the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Management, Data Science, MIS, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in consumer banking products and systems, and understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with JPMC Technology teams in an analyst, risk, or technical capacity.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML, Python, and AWS data tools.
