As an Employee Conduct Lead supporting the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance (GACC) and Government Engagement (GE) teams, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust compliance framework to ensure adherence to U.S. pay-to-play laws and global anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. You will be focused on political contributions compliance and providing support to GACC's "Anything of Value" program. Additionally, you will assist in managing the firm's global Anti-Corruption and Government Engagement programs, which are designed to manage and mitigate corruption risk and assist the firm and its employees in complying with U.S. pay-to-play laws and global anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. You will be a part of the firm's Global Employee Compliance and Conduct organization, providing compliance coverage in relation to key employee-related regulatory and compliance risks such as Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Code of Conduct, Licensing and Registration, and Personal Account Dealing. This role will require you to be an experienced and emotionally intelligent Compliance professional, well-versed in mitigating corruption and pay-to-play risks, to assist in managing the political contributions compliance program across JPMC's lines of business.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and disposition pre-clearance requests with respect to U.S. federal, state, and local political contributions.
- Manage and perform governance responsibilities including policy and procedure development, review, enhancement, changes, and oversight related to political contributions/activities.
- Assist with managing the framework around identifying the firm's population of employees subject to rules related to political contributions/activity.
- Lead political contribution-related technology initiatives, including automation, testing, and data analysis.
- Review potential breaches to applicable policies and the political contribution control framework and disposition in accordance with established violation frameworks.
- Provide subject matter expertise and disposition requests with respect to Anything of Value, including gifts, entertainment, charitable contributions, and sponsorships.
- Assist with managing the risks and controls related to JPMC's anti-corruption Compliance program.
- Contribute to the development of training and communication, including delivering in-person training.
- Assist with identification and management of anti-corruption related reports and metrics.
- Assist and help manage internal and external audits, exams, and inquiries.
- Develop and create PowerPoint presentations to update compliance management on issues related to the program, risks, and controls.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, legal/regulatory, or risk positions, with a focus on pay-to-play laws/regulations.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in driving complex projects to completion.
- Must be familiar with industry best practices and able to exercise a high degree of independent risk-based decision-making, autonomy, and sound judgment.
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues effectively.
- Collaborative and energetic team player committed to a positive team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings persuasively.
