As a Client Service Representative within Cleared Margin Client Service Team, you'll engage with buy-side clients, including hedge funds and investment advisors, while fostering strong internal partnerships with marketers, salespeople, prime brokerage professionals, credit executives, and operations teams.
Job responsibilities
- Develops the Clearing Client Service offering further.
- Provides a flexible approach in order to support the Prime Financial Service businesses in a continually changing market environment.
- Answers of incoming margin demands (requests for assets) sent by clients, comparing them to JP Morgan's exposure and agreeing on the amount and type of asset to be moved.
- Follows up on any counterparty failed settlements and investigation of disputed margin requirements.
- Resolves incoming queries regarding a client's portfolio in a timely manner; escalate issues
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Client Services experience, or transferable history of partnering with internal teams
- Problem solver with the ability to assist in the development of solutions for clients and strategic thinker, able to review and implement process improvements.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required and highly numerate with good keyboard and core system (Outlook, Excel, Word) skills.
- Excellent communication skills, as the role involves detailed interactions across multiple lines of business and core processing areas.
- Confidence to liaise with clients and deliver feedback on data relating to the clients interactions with the team
