Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Client Services team within regulatory communications. You will assist the team handling the day-to-day administrative operations of the client base, and will engage with clients directly on an as needed basis. This role requires a highly organized, dynamic, and responsive individual with strong customer focus.
This is a temporary contract position expected to last approximately 5-6 months. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update daily reporting
- Manage daily/monthly SLA reviews
- Assist with email/phone inquiries from clients
- Partner with internal teams as needed
- Support the Client Services team with regulatory distributions
- Manage internal/external print requests
- Assist with monitoring and updates to internal reporting/trackers
- Bachelors' degree preferred but not required
- 2-4 years of experience with Client Services administration
- High attention to detail
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work during the hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 Eastern Time
