Role Overview:
At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is a fundamental framework used to manage access to key business systems. RBAC involves designing and implementing access controls that are aligned with the specific needs of different business lines, ensuring that employees have the appropriate level of access required to perform their roles. This approach enhances our ability to manage and mitigate risks by providing structured and automated access management solutions. By leveraging RBAC, we ensure that access is granted in a controlled and efficient manner, reducing the potential for unauthorized access and supporting our commitment to maintaining a secure and compliant operating environment. As an Associate, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing these controls, contributing to the firm's overall risk mitigation strategy.
