Business Program Director-Wealth Management

As a Business Program Director on the Chase Wealth Management Chief Operations Executive Team, you will create and execute on transformative business strategies that enable business growth and improve user experience, partnering with stakeholders across product, technology, legal, risk, and field leadership. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and execution of large-scale programs and business initiatives, balancing tactical execution with strategic foresight.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving acumen, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. You will be detail-oriented and possess the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Asset and Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, Home Lending, and Business Banking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative strategic plans that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage and oversee the execution of large-scale projects that align with organizational goals and measurable performance indicators
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities using robust research and data analysis, fostering sustainable success
  • Develop comprehensive business cases and detailed project blueprints that articulate objectives, deliverables, and long-term impact
  • Prepare and deliver insightful executive reports and presentations that empower informed decision-making across teams
  • Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to build trust, promote open communication, and ensure alignment on critical initiatives
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to synchronize efforts, resources, and information across diverse business units
  • Support the rapid implementation of high-priority initiatives by coordinating resources and streamlining project transitions
  • Drive proactive communication channels to ensure clarity, transparency, and a shared vision across all levels of the organization
