APAC Treasury Services payments product is part of the team responsible to support country payments product management across all products and solutions. Some of the primary responsibilities include support in the delivery of new and enhanced regional products and services, with sound scalable solution, commercialization of solutions, drive the regional product roadmap with global and country product managers. This also includes being in line with sales and service strategy, challenge the limits and boundaries of technology and operations and ensuring products and solutions delivered adhere to legal, compliance and risk partners guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the end to end new product and enhancement from design to deployment of the solutions in APAC. This requires strong engagement and partnership with APAC stakeholders as well as Global team to expand products and solutions applicable to region
- Review current offerings with Sales/Bankers to identify opportunities refinement and/or develop innovative new solutions for our target client segments
- Support in managing P&L and performance of regional payments products
- Manage/Assist the team in pricing the products optimally while delivering P&L performance
- Ensure all new and existing products are in compliance with regulations and the firm's controls standards
- Manage an individual product portfolio and drive process & product consistency across the APAC region
- Engage extensively with Operations, Client Service and Bankers to provide clients with best in class products and competitive advantage

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience on Payments/ Transaction Banking Space
- Bachelor degree in Finance or related discipline
- Ability to manage internal and external client engagement
- Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for details
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Payment product management experience preferred
