Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
The Senior Manager is responsible for the orchestration of a team dedicated to driving adoption across diverse sites and functions within the Americas. They will forge robust collaborations spanning Supply Chain, R&D, and Commercial functions as needed, understanding their unique needs and fostering alignment with deployment objectives. They will cultivate a deep understanding of site or function specific requirements to tailor adoption strategies, collaborating closely with change, training, and communication counterparts to ensure localized effectiveness.
As an enabler of Global cohesion and local flexibility, this role will connect global change and adoption framework to local teams customizing strategies based on local nuances and business demands throughout deployment phases, ensuring continuity and responsiveness to evolving needs. This leader will build and drive barrier identification, mitigation strategies and plans in close collaboration with partners to proactively identify and address barriers to adoption, bringing to bear local impact assessments and readiness plans. They will take ownership of final disposition of artifacts related to training, communications, change impacts, and deployment readiness plans, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution and Framework Development:
- Collaborate with the Leader of Global Business Adoption to develop and implement the global business adoption framework for the Transcend program
- Lead a team in the development of business adoption artifacts, deployment plans, and measurements, emphasizing local engagement and adoption
- Incorporate experience design and process engineering principles to ensure the effectiveness of business adoption frameworks
- Partner with site leadership and readiness teams to implement robust site/functional readiness plans for successful platform migration
- Monitor adoption metrics and KPIs to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on the overall success of adoption initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement and Influence:
- Drive awareness and understanding of Transcend solutions among business users, highlighting benefits and value propositions to encourage adoption
- Develop and ensure the availability of site-tailored training and communication materials to support the train-the-trainer model and assist with training where needed
- Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from end-users and business units to continuously improve adoption strategies
- Collaborate with process and change teams to ensure accurate collection and translation of business requirements and functionalities
- Build strong partnership with site lead to enable and empower their delivery and site adoption accordingly
- Partner with program governance teams to provide program-level adoption updates and be responsible for status tracking
Performance Management:
- Lead performance management activities for Americas business adoption team, providing coaching and support to team members
- Ensure team members have robust development and career plans aligned with individual and business objectives
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree is strongly desired, preferably with a focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Engineering, or Organizational Psychology
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- In-depth, leadership experience executing sophisticated transformation programs and leading adoption
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions, including end-customer touchpoints (Make, Plan/Source, Quality, Logistics, Customer Excellence, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and to present succinct messages to leadership, while demonstrating patience to understand details from team members
- Proven track record as deployment lead on complex transformational projects, with demonstrated hands-on experience managing business adoption methods, artifacts, and measurement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, savvy at identifying risks and devising effective mitigation strategies across complex problems
Preferred:
- Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment and proven experience with large-scale SAP ERP replacement project(s)
- Experience with Commercial or R&D is an advantage
- Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience
Other:
- Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally; proficiency in Spanish is helpful
- May require up to 50% domestic and/or international travel, depending on work location, deployment schedule, and business needs
- Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 USD to $203,550 USD.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

- Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
