Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Strategy & Operations (S&O) Project Coordinator located in Raritan, NJ. This position may require up to 10% travel.

Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week.

The S&O Project Coordinator will have highly diverse project and administrative responsibilities, which by nature may involve exposure to confidential and time-sensitive materials requiring discretion and judgement. Performs independent analysis of project and administrative responsibilities selecting the best course of action while prioritizing demands. This role will be responsible for providing system administration for the departmental time reporting system, coordination of vendor management projects, and administrative support to the VP, CHILD. This position reports to the Head of Vendor and Contract Management within the Strategy and Operations function.

The S&O Coordinator will be responsible for:

Time Reporting System Administration:

o Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access levels in the time reporting system.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions to users.

o Maintain training materials and communications to user community; oversee maintenance of Teams Site

o Provide training to onboard new hires and refresher training including system updates

o Maintain monthly reports, follow-up with users to ensure timely entry and resolve data discrepancies

o Publish monthly reports to functional leaders

o Support development and testing of new reports

Vendor and Contract Management project coordination

o Coordinate tracking of contracts across the organization; processing statements of work, as needed

o Assist team members with coordination of vendor specific projects (e.g. draft agendas, schedule and attend meetings, document summary and actions and track progress)

o Support process and project improvements

o Maintain Team sites and support vendor communications

Administrative Support

o Direct support for the VP, CHILD including calendar management, travel coordination, and processing expense reports.

o Support for the senior leaders including complex travel and expenses and coordination of team meetings (logistics, technology, catering, etc.).

o Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate communications, interview schedules, and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Required:

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required, an associate or bachelor's degree preferred

• A minimum of 2-years administrative or comparable experience required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel

Preferred

• Previous experience in Health or Life Sciences

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and multi-tasking

• Effective time management and flexible to handle changing priorities

• Adapts easily to new learning situations, is accountable and works with minimal supervision

• Microsoft Office 365: Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps is desirable.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 to $97,750.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
