Position Overview:

As the Manager, Commercial Product Owner, Digital Practice Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our online ordering experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and customers, to deliver innovative features and improvements that align with our product strategy and business goals. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating a product road map that is aligned with overall company objectives and the team's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the product strategy and delivers maximum value to the customers.

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with team members to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure successful delivery of product features on time and within scope. Shape user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams, providing clear guidance on product features and functionality.

• Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap for the e-commerce platform, aligned with overall company objectives and the team's overall strategy.

• Release Planning: Participate in release planning and coordinate with teams to deliver high-quality releases, ensuring a smooth and flawless user experience.

• Metrics and Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product features and advise future development decisions.

• Platform Adoption: Drive platform adoption by implementing strategies to attract, onboard, and retain users. Collaborate with sales teams to promote platform features and benefits.

• Commercialization Strategy: Collaborate with commercialization lead to implement a commercialization strategy for product releases. Collaborate with team members to craft and deliver training programs and resources for users and sales team.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform processes, data flows, order flows, and other key processes and features of platform.

• User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback, incorporating insights into the product development process to continuously improve the e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science discipline is required

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience is required

• Validated experience as a Product Owner, Process Owner, Digital Marketing or similar role is required

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes is preferred

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required

The role is based in Jacksonville, FL & will require up to 15% travel.
