The Enterprise Contracting Solutions Chargebacks Team has primary responsibility for Indirect Sales Management, Chargeback Payments to Channel Partners and Chargeback discrepancy resolution through the internal system (Model N (CORE & ICS) Systems) for Med Tech and Innovative Medicine. The team is also responsible for the development, creation and running of reports, as well as conducting trend analysis, as needed.

The Chargebacks Manager is responsible for managing a team of associates responsible for the compliant, accurate and timely processing of chargebacks for multiple operating companies within Innovative Medicine and Med Tech. The Chargebacks Manager will be responsible for the transactional relationship with Distributors and Wholesalers whose business represents significant value to the company. Regular communication and visits with these business partners will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing tactical and strategic chargeback processes and ensure all appropriate audits/compliance requirements are achieved by the team.
  • Collaborate and influence Channel Management, Trade and franchise partners, finance, and US Region contracting teams to ensure alignment of goals for the best outcome for the customer and the organization.
  • Demonstrate an expertise in the system processing of chargebacks and any adjustments to it.
  • Owning, leading, and/or supporting associates on multiple initiatives designed to streamline processes, improve automation, and/or drive standardization. These initiatives can range in impact from departmental to enterprise-wide.
  • Developing a team of professionals in the We Coach philosophy including skill development and HOW soft skills.
  • Collaborate with internal and customer senior management and will often be required to lead/run multiple urgent matters with short turn-around times.
  • Support and lead internal employee initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; advanced degree/MBA is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of six (6) years of proven business experience in contracting, sales, marketing, finance, business development, consulting, or related area is required, preferably in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Med Tech industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills are required.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, hands-on professional with initiative is required.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and organizational capabilities are required.
  • Capable of reviewing, synthesizing large quantities of written contractual material is required.
  • Ability to lead day-to-day position in conjunction with additional initiatives and assignments is required.
  • Prior experience with contract management systems is required.
  • Understanding of and experience with systems and databases is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Preferred:

  • A minimum of three (3) years prior experience developing teams and/or organizations is preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with various contract management systems and/or health care contracting policy is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access is preferred.

Other:

  • This position will be located in Raritan, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic or international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200.

- The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

- Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year

- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year

- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year

- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
