As the Director of Marketing, you will report directly to our SVP of Revenue and oversee our full Marketing function. Your mission will be to define, build, and execute revenue-generating marketing programs that drive a robust pipeline for our Sales team, enabling them to develop and retain valuable partnerships at scale. In addition to B2B demand generation, you will also manage our B2C marketing team, including content marketing and design. This role will have a significant impact on pipeline, revenue, and ultimately Jetty’s long-term growth.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies from the ground-up
- Own the tactical hands-on delivery of our inbound marketing pipeline, including building and executing on strategies for in-person events, pay-per-click advertising, and SEO
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and the broader Revenue team to align on sales and revenue targets, and maintain a consistent experience throughout the customer life cycle
- Implement a data-driven approach to evaluating marketing attribution and overall effectiveness, provide reports and insights that help inform decision-making, and own KPIs for the full B2B2C marketing funnel
- Manage and coach Marketing team members across both B2B and B2C functions, including leading the hiring process as the team scales
Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing/demand generation (background in B2B2C business models is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, including people management (experience managing an SDR team is a plus)
- Track record of establishing and leading an ABM strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to work both vertically and horizontally across the marketing stack - from the strategic level to on-the-ground operations, and throughout the B2B2C lifecycle
- Strong analytical mindset, bringing a data-driven approach to identifying, tracking, and improving KPIs
- Experience with relevant marketing tools, ex. Hubspot and Salesforce

Compensation for this role:
- The annual base salary range for this role is $170-200k and may be inclusive of multiple career levels
- The offer package for this role will also include stock option equity
- Individual offer decisions within this range will be based on multiple factors, including your level of experience, relevant skills, and balancing internal equity to ensure fair and equitable compensation across similar roles
