Overview: Are you passionate about automation and innovation? Join our dynamic team as a
Senior Manufacturing Engineer
, where you'll play a key role in transforming production processes through cutting-edge technology and smart engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and enhance automated machinery and control systems (PLCs, robotics, etc.)
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Integrate automation systems with factory hardware and software platforms
- Test, debug, and maintain high-performance automated systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement
- Design and refine production layouts and workflows for maximum productivity
- Select and implement advanced manufacturing equipment and tools
- Conduct time studies and cost analyses to support data-driven decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges with innovative solutions
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bsc. in Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar field
- Nice to have Software knowledge: CAD software and process simulation tools, PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and industrial networks
- Fluency in Croatian AND English
- Certifications: min.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (as a plus)
- Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and materials, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
