Laboratory Technician III

Position duties and responsibilities:

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Jabil, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• Responsible for performing routine Environmental Monitoring sampling, including viable/non-viable air and surface sampling, related to the Controlled manufacturing Environment.

• Responsible for performing compressed gas sampling in the manufacturing facility. • Responsible for performing Gowns viable sampling.

• Responsible for performing Laminar hood monitoring.

• Participate in training and delivery of Operations aseptic technique and microbiology awareness training program.

• Ability to perform microbiological procedures such as, growth promotion, plate readings, microorganism inoculation and material sterilization.

• Support Out of specifications.

• Ability to maintain laboratory environment (cleaning and sanitizing workspaces, consumables inventory, media inventory, etc.) • Sample preparation.

• Enter data into a Laboratory logbooks or forms in a timely and accurate manner. • Perform routine cleaning and quality checks for equipment to ensure compliance with operational specifications.

• Use and verify (if applicable) test equipment and instruments and maintain record keeping system for calibration / quality system integrity with direction. • Assist in the documentation of new processes and/or changes to existing processes. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Bacterial Identification Testing. • Bacterial Identification Reports.
