RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing full support and assistance to HR team on employee related processes.
- Manage and maintain employment documentation (e.g., Employment Contracts, Confirmation Letters).
- Acting as the first point of contact for assigned employee queries
- Keep our employee data and records up-to-date and organized.
- Assisting in creation and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Performing other important tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Interest in or experience with Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes is an advantage.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a Shared Services Center or an internship in an HR department is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset.
