Assistant Quality Supervisor

How will you make an impact?

As a Assistant Quality Supervisor, you will support the Quality Supervisor in overseeing quality assurance activities across manufacturing and related areas. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving quality awareness, and supporting audit readiness while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What will you do?

• Coordinate manpower deployment to meet production schedule requirements.
• Train and evaluate inspection and audit personnel.
• Support and coordinate internal and regulatory audit activities.
• Conduct line audits and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Promote quality awareness among production supervisors and support teams.
• Communicate effectively with Quality Engineers regarding OBA (Outgoing Batch Audit) issues requiring escalation or additional resources.
• Provide timely and accurate communication of quality data and audit results.
• Educate manufacturing personnel on specifications and quality policies.
• Foster a "quality first" mindset across the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support quality and operational goals.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Training or certification in ISO 9001 standards is a plus.

• 2-3 years of experience in a quality-related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting audits and quality compliance initiatives.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret specifications and quality policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to promote and sustain a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of global logistics operations and customs regulations.
• Demonstrated success in change management and cost reduction initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership presence.
