WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a pivotal role in our Regional Recruiting Team in the targeted recruiting of outstanding candidates with industry and consulting experience (Experienced Hires) for our offices in EMESA (Europe, Middle East, Africa & South America). You oversee our sourcing activities on the regional level and will act as senior interface to our Practice Area Stakeholders (Regional Practices Area Leads, PA Nodes and PA People Managers within the Cluster you serve). You will be responsible for leading your team to becoming a strong and successful supplier of high-quality experienced hire candidates for our Practice Areas across EMESA.
You oversee setting the overall strategy for the team and constantly develop state of the art market research and active sourcing approaches. You will mentor and further develop your team and enable them to build up high quality candidate pipelines. You will monitor personnel planning across EMESA with a focus on Central Europe and derive hiring strategies by constantly leveraging synergies across the region.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
You have extensive management expertise and are well versed in managing international teams
You have an outstanding track record as a talent researcher in a top tier executive search firm or in-house sourcing function, where you ideally also acted as team leader
You are an expert in talent sourcing and know all the instruments for finding the right talent.
You have a passion for coaching and developing your teams and bringing out the best in them
You are highly experienced in managing various senior stakeholders up to Executive Level.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Proven track record of stakeholder management
Extensive talent sourcing experience gained in a leading retained search firm, including a proven history of researching, identifying, and building quality talent pipelines or as an inhouse Recruiter

Strong leadership capabilities and previous people management experience.
You have experience leading remote teams.
You're an expert user of Excel and PowerPoint and can deliver excellence using these tools.
Your written and spoken English and German is excellent.
You have a degree from a (vocational) college or university, ideally with a specialization in HR management or business psychology
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of our interdisciplinary EMESA recruiting team located across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America and report to the responsible Director Experienced Hire Recruiting, who will support you in your onboarding and personal development at the company.
