Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
Provide service for transfer of Intuitive Mexicali goods, in accordance with the vehicle safety regulations and the instructions of its immediate superior; to expedite compliance with the work agenda.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all personnel use personal protective equipment properly and that the established safety and hygiene standards are followed, identifying unsafe acts and conditions to avoid accidents.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment
- Use Devices, accessories, tools and equipment according to the process; verifying that they are in good conditions of use and reporting those that are in poor condition for repair.
- Communicate unsafe acts or conditions to your superiors
- Participate in the emergency brigades and Health and Safety commission, when required
- Participate in the Health and Safety courses established by the Company.
- Perform support activities for the EH&S department (safety tours and inspections, reporting the risks found)
- Perform support activities for drills or practices of security brigades.
- Manage government procedures (Semarnat, firefighters, civil protection, etc.).
- Comply with the security protocols for the movement of the goods to ensure their integrity and of the company.
- Ensure that the processes within the ISi Mexicali site are developed in accordance with quality policies, internal controls, standards and procedures to mitigate defects.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the company's unit.
- Ensure on time delivery of units, verifying that the materials, human resources, equipment and tools are available to anticipate and resolve situations of shortage that may affect compliance with the production plan.
- Perform support activities to the facilities department (Purchase of materials or movement of machinery)
- Collect and deliver various documents
- Take care of the cost and efficiency in all processes, mitigating levels of waste to obtain the expected efficiency between the hours produced against the hours paid.
- Behave in a way that helps maintain a favorable work environment, complying with established policies, regulations and Code of Conduct, in order to meet the goals of the Organization.
- Complete the assigned trainings in the ISU (Intuitive Surgical University) curriculum.
- Comply with the Organization's Policies, Regulations and Code of Conduct
- Prepare performance self-assessment for the MERIT process
- Facilitate the manufacturing results in the expected times using the assigned resources, using the established systems and processes to contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the Company.
- Perform the mechanical inspection of the assigned unit

Basic Automotive Mechanics 1 year
Use of forklift and pallet Jack 1 year
