What you'll bring
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with direct experience business development or partnerships in the technology industry
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

How you will lead
- Robust Partner Management: Oversee the lifecycle of strategic partnerships, from identification to negotiation, execution, and ongoing management. Ensure that these partnerships contribute positively to Mailchimp's revenue and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Business Growth: Spearhead the development of new business and product categories, aligning efforts with Mailchimp's vision for innovation and growth. Focus on tangible revenue goals and the creation of a sustainable pipeline for new business development opportunities.
- C-Level Partnership Engagement: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key executives in the tech industry, advocating for Mailchimp as a pivotal partner in their business strategy.
- Market Intelligence and Analysis: Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends, employing a data-driven approach to identify and seize opportunities in the evolving digital landscape.
