Enterprise Architecture provides a comprehensive view of the Intuit Platform from Strategy to Execution, aligning technology strategy with business outcomes. The vision for Enterprise architecture is to accelerate business objectives by improving the Platform velocity at scale.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise Architecture team! You will manage engineers involved in the development of various cross functional initiatives. You will mentor and grow individual contributors and collaborate with cross-functional team members such as product managers and designers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing high-quality, innovative software solutions that align with Intuit's core values of integrity, customer obsession, courage, respect for each other, and innovation. Familiarity with GenAI is a plus.

• 3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a software development environment, with capability in frontend and backend
• Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations.
• Experience in building, operating large scale web
• Experience in Agile software development
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication

• Your team will create and bring customer driven software products to market that simplify and solve for current customer needs while building for the future.
• Create shared vision, build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Management, Product Management, and other Product Dev teams).
• Technically deep-dive to problem solve with the development
