Salesforce Implementation Consultant

Join our team to work in our Salesforce practice where you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to clients in leveraging Salesforce solutions to meet their business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design customized solutions, configure Salesforce applications, and provide end-user training with the backing of an exceptional team with a 30+ year delivery track record, deep technical expertise and disciplined delivery and technical engineering practices.
 
At Intelliware, we have virtual collaborative project rooms with cross-functional teams where you will assess client requirements, design and configure Salesforce solutions, provide technical expertise, and lead the implementation process. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of best practices, provide training and support to end-users, and ensure the timely completion of projects while ensuring our track record of referenceable clients. While working within a team in an Agile environment, you will be:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and pain points
  • Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, leveraging declarative tools, customizations, and configurations
  • Design and architect Salesforce solutions that align with best practices, scalability, and long-term business objectives
  • Configure Salesforce applications, modules, and objects to meet specific business needs
  • Customize Salesforce layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards based on client requirements
  • Implement and manage data migration processes to ensure the accurate and secure transfer of data into Salesforce
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide technical specifications for custom development when required
  • Perform system testing and ensure quality assurance of the configured Salesforce solution
  • Foster strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related queries and support
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and prioritization of tasks related to Salesforce implementation projects
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

’Must Have’ Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, implementing and configuring Salesforce solutions
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, functionalities, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools, including Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards
  • Familiarity with Salesforce customization tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels

’Nice to Have’ Skills/Experience:

  • Exposure to and enthusiasm for Agile approaches to software development
  • Large scale integration and complex architecture design and implementation
  • Best practices in product development and technical product marketing
  • Leadership capabilities to guide and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
