Job Description
This position is open only to current employees in IT CIT-D.As a Solution Analyst supporting the Software Product Release (SPR) agile team, you will be part of Intel IT's Order to Cash (O2C) solution group which is part of the Product Planning to Deliver (PPD) value stream. The Software Product Release team is responsible for the Licensing and Entitlement management domain and own applications like the Intel Registration Centre (IRC) and Intel Software Licensing (ISL) which are used to fulfill, register, download, and activate Intel products.;IT Systems Analysis work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for user's needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including;Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.;Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions.Works closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process.Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support.Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits:Use your strong communication skills and problem solving experienceTeam player who works in a highly-dynamic environment; Learn and adapt new technologies with a growth and innovation mindset. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.Must possess a Bachelor or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree. OR 3 years of experience with a master's degree in Computer science3 years of experience with software development life cycle, software estimation, design and coding techniques, test methodologies and frameworkIntermediate level of experience with software logic design.2 years of programming experience in .NET/C# and C/C and with Windows, Linux and Mac OS platforms.3 years of experience documenting all requirements, solution designs, and functionality.Advanced English levelAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.Preferred Qualifications:Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Domain knowledge in Entitlement and License management would be a plus.Experience in Agile/SCRUM/SAFe framework
