At the heart of this journey is a complete transformation of our enterprise business systems, as we re-implement core ERP technologies on SAP S/4 HANA. We are looking for an IT Leader with strong understanding of Source to Pay and Supply Chain domains who applies technical background/business technology domain knowledge to manage an organization and programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.

Main responsibilities:
Lead an organization of IT professionals and establish the right workforce planning strategy.
Applies technical background/business technology domain knowledge to manage complex transformational programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Manager budget and project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required, and identify the right business value.
Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project. Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications:You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 15 years of experience in IT Technology and Supply Chain.- 15 years of Leadership experience managing cross-IT/BU and engagement via forums, steering committees, communications, while driving accountability to action- 15 years of organizational financial and operations leadership experience- 15 experience leading programs in Supply Chain domainsPreferred qualifications- Familiarity with the SAP ERP systems such as ECC or S/4 HANA.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
