About the role and what you'll be doing:
Associate Source Code Promoter is responsible for promoting source code from the lower environment into the production environment while ensuring the change control process is strictly followed. The Source Code Promoter provides technical support to account teams, as well as other support groups. They perform functions in both a mainframe and a client server environment, maintain and assist with ongoing technical applications and operations.

- Be able to adapt and efficiently manage priorities in the ever-changing, fast-paced world of IT
- Low to High complexity assignments
- Regularly lead self and others and/or established as Product SME and/or established as specialist
- Sees the whole picture and adjusts work accordingly
- Work with tech support, automation and client for more complex Code Promotions.
- Provide input and assist for application and environment upgrades/changes.
- Source Code Promotion software support
- Internal / external reporting
- Troubleshoot issues.
- On-call activities

Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or 3 years equivalent level of experience. Associate Degrees, Professional Certificates, and work experience in a technical role will also be considered.
- Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Strong written / verbal Communication skills
- Designing skills
- Strong Client Service orientation
- Strong Analytical Skills, follow-up capability, and problem solving ability
- Mainframe (TSO, SDSF, QuickRef)
- JCL (read & code)
- Understanding of the source code promotion process
- ITIL foundation
- Cooperation and Commitment within a Team atmosphere to achieve goals and deliverables
- Ability to multi-task in multiple client environments
- Be able to utilize problem solving skills in an effective and conclusive manner to analyze an issue, suggest a solution, and be involved in the direct implementation of that solution - providing necessary teamwork and research throughout the process
Preferred Qualifications
- Source Code Promotion experience in mainframe/open system environments
- Endeavor product knowledge
- Knowledge/experience using Changeman, GitHub, Jenkins, CALibrian, SCLM
