As an Equipment Technician your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Operating, maintaining, and performing maintenance on various specialized production equipment.

  • Troubleshooting, repairing, refurbishing, mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, RF, robotics and refrigeration systems used in factory manufacturing equipment.

  • Writing and following detailed repair procedures and specifications.

  • Accurately maintaining repair unit records.

  • Performing failure analysis and accurately documenting the results in reports.

  • Assisting with engineering development and continuous improvement

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. 

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. 

  

Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed: 

  •  Associate degree in an engineering/science discipline, or Military equivalent 

  • Candidate must have 6+  years of experience in production environment (semiconductor, machine shop, plastic, light manufacturing).

 Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out:

  • Electronics, Electromechanical, RF, Refrigeration Knowledge, equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair and operation Semiconductor manufacturing technology.

  • Able to read schematics and complex drawings/diagrams.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of quality and ability to effectively use process control and quality systems.

  • Must be willing to: Lift up to 35 lbs. (18 kgs) 4 times a day.

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

  • Expected to lead presentations to IMR engineers, managers, stakeholders and other business partners.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role)
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
