The Trust and Security Product (TSP) team is chartered with delivering foundational trusted data platforms and SaaS services for Intel's Trust and Security Portfolio, enabling market differentiating capabilities for software monetization and industry leadership. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team!

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Duties include organizing and managing extremely complex calendar schedule(s) for one or more managers, maintaining executive's agenda and assisting in planning appointments, customer meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Makes extensive travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.
  • Provides support for departmental events, quarterly events and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs, etc: plans and organizes the events, prepares agendas, coordinates all logistics.
  • Exercises diplomacy, tact, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of an organization including staff at all levels, administration staff; customers.
  • Maintains In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
  • Demonstrates strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the department/division such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, phone distribution lists and divisional logistics needs.
  • Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems.
  • "Office Manager" duties for the whole extended team, providing support including being central connector, and general pulse of the organization.
  • Strong skills managing and running projects (big and small), with minimal supervision.
  • General administrative duties such as order supplies, CR coordination, generating shipping memo, etc.
  • Coordinates activities to ensure division goals are met, effectively mentoring and integrating new admins and ensuring all admins understand department procedures and expectations.
  • Works closely with the Senior and Executive administrative staff and works productively as a team member.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable interacting with all levels inside and outside Intel. Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is willing to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high-level of performance.
  • Is willing to recognize potential issues in advance and proactively mitigate in creative ways.
  • Be very well organized, flexible and proactive. It will be essential the candidate can handle unexpected interruptions and challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must have a High School Diploma/equivalent and 7+ years of experience in:

  • Executive level administrative support.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Skills, Sharepoint, Teams, and other tools.
  • Concur.
  • Workday.
  • Event Management, ie: quarterlies, F2F meetings and assisting in team building activities.
  • Executive level calendar scheduling and travel arrangements.

This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intel tool knowledge.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $63,662.00-$95,550.00 (Hourly Role)
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
