Executive Administrative Assistant

Redmond, WA

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide complex administrative support to a high-level executive. The successful candidate will be adept at time management, well-organized, detail oriented, with significant experience in calendaring and travel coordination. They will proactively manage logistics for business group meetings/events, management plans and manage data by using the advanced features of Microsoft products/tools. We are looking for someone with the ability to anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks and who demonstrates effective communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Calendar/Schedule management
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Provide general office support
  • Event coordination and management
  • Procure and inventory office equipment
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Prudence and exercise sound judgement when it comes to sensitive and confidential information

Requirements

  • 5+ years demonstrated work experience in an administrative capacity
  • Extensive knowledge of and proficiency with MS products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, & SharePoint
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Be adept at implementing and monitoring complex travel plans and schedules
  • Ability to work independently and act with appropriate urgency
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of management
  • Previous Microsoft experience preferred
