Overview
We're looking for a UX Designer to help shape intuitive, efficient internal tools that support the daily work of thousands of people across our organization. This role involves creating impactful, user-focused experiences that empower teams, simplify complex workflows, and drive meaningful outcomes across the business. As a senior individual contributor (IC), you will lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to prototyping, ensuring alignment with the needs of internal teams and larger business objectives.
You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications that align with modern industry standards. Your role will require you to maintain a deep understanding of the product(s) you are supporting, including business objectives, audience(s), roadmap, features, research, and metrics, and how they relate to the larger digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
As a UX Designer, you will be working with product and engineering stakeholders closely on day-to-day basis. You will independently contribute to multiple products/features at the same time and collaborate with other UX designers, connecting individual features to a holistic experience. UX Researchers and Principal UX Designers will support you. You will share design work regularly for design team peer review, stakeholder review, and leadership.
- Lead design initiatives across one or two product teams focused on internal tooling, bringing clarity, structure, and elegance to complex problems.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs to bring ideas to life while ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with fellow design leads to refine UX processes and methodologies, continuously iterating on operating models to strengthen partnerships with product and development teams.
- Own solutions from start to finish - managing partners, gaining alignment, and supporting product teams throughout the process.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve design concepts based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Bring a systems mindset to workflow design, considering not just the interface but the full ecosystem of touchpoints and dependencies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define user-focused features and drive impactful design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency across all touchpoints.
- Foster a culture of design excellence, providing thoughtful feedback and elevating team skills.|
