Position Title: Technical Analyst II
Position summary:
Monument Consulting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst II (TA) to join our Support Services Team. The TA will assist in the technical support and enhancement of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) for our clients. As a Managed Service Provider (MSP), we design and implement managed procurement solutions for contingent labor programs and provide ongoing VMS technical support and enhancements for existing clients. All TAs will contribute to strategic departmental initiatives related to their workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Support VMS configurations (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, or equivalent).
- Gather and document business requirements, understanding client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve VMS configuration issues.
- Lead resolution of Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) tickets.
- Consult on and suggest enhancements for client VMS.
- Provide frequent updates on ServiceNow tickets.
- Maintain support detail classifications on ServiceNow tickets for reporting.
- Coordinate technical support with VMS partner support teams as needed.
- Ensure error-free configuration when addressing system issues/enhancements.
- Exceed key performance metrics related to ticket response times and customer satisfaction SLAs.
- Lead client-facing demos of system configuration and functionality.
- Develop VMS system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
- Execute client change requests.
- Thoroughly test all change requests before moving to production.
- Validate client personnel and financial data to identify data gaps.
- Execute VMS uploads to add/edit data in bulk to the system.
- Stage data for testing and demos.
- Perform regression testing on new VMS releases and report issues.
- Maintain compliance controls by managing User Access Requests (UAR).

Qualifications
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or system administration.
- Experience with VMS configuration and support (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, 3Story Software, Vector, Wand, or equivalent).
- Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing software (ServiceNow, JIRA, ZenDesk, or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate setting.
Desired Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (familiarity with XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with internet browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple concurrent requests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to set and manage expectations around deliverables and timelines.
- Willingness to speak up, ask for help, and receive coaching.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down technical concepts into manageable parts.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues to diverse audiences.
- Capacity to learn complex concepts through formal training, on-the-job coaching, and self-study.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to four times a year for annual conferences and on-site client visits.
Pay Range
USD $53,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
