Job Title: SOLUTIONS MANAGER

Position Summary

The Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the functional solution architect team and supporting the pre-sales and delivery strategy for existing and future customers. The Manager will be responsible for assisting the sales team with developing deal strategy and managing the functional lead team to ensure the appropriate execution of that strategy. The Manager will also operate as the Solution Architect/Functional Lead on key, strategic clients and programs.

Responsibilities

Monument consulting is a total Workforce Management firm, and our Solution Manager must be able to support the solutioning, configuration, and rollout of SuccessFactors by our clients. The Solutions Manager must be able to lead the requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors, as well as system integrations per the assigned project.

  • Responsible for overall project system architecture and design and will acts as the primary project lead, architect and point of contact for strategic engagements.
  • Develop functional lead operating procedures for new engagements. Develop existing functional lead team and provide mentorship and leadership.
  • Able to solution, functional/technical leadership, setting up configurations and resolving complex requirements.
  • Effectively communicate risk, solution, and progress of the project to management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor the progress and risks of all assigned projects and provide direction to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Assist in defining the scope, solution and approach to assist the sales team with quoting, negotiating, and closing sales initiatives.
  • Keep current on applicable product enhancements and industry trends.
  • Assist with development of go-to-market solution strategy and responsibility for developing various solution packages and offerings.
  • Develop pre-sales resources and support pre-sales initiatives; including product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, scoping, bidding, support of bid/responses, etc.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of functional and technical experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and tactful way with C-level executives, senior management, peers and team members.
  • Highly creative person with a sense of responsibility who is skilled in developing unique solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
  • Ability to build deep relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to drive vision, planning, prioritization, execution activities.
  • Ability to take initiative and overcome obstacles.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Current certification in at least two (2) SAP SuccessFactors modules.
