Successfactors Talent Consultant

The lead specialist will be responsible for the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent modules in end to end implementations. The Lead Consultant will be covering both the internal and external (client facing) activities such as workshops and requirements' gathering as well as configuration of the solution and documentation of the process. The ideal candidate would be able to apply best practices, have country specific knowledge and technical know-how, ensure that the solution fits the client's requirements and specifications and propose workarounds when a gap is identified.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute and lead efforts to the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables, and ensure his/her project team adhere to all standards
• Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of corresponding modules in the project currently assigned with
• Apply project methodology
• Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project - Provide deliverables and project objectives to functional and technical resources assigned to the project
• Mentoring project resources
• Support the progress of the team, working closely with other business teams
• Regularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basis
• Identifying any risks and proposing solutions
• Document business requirements and procedures
• Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IT industry, experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactors
• Experience in SFSF Talent implementations
• Certification in SFSF Talent modules is mandatory.
• Experience in virtual team and remote working environment
• High level of English is required. Additional languages are welcome
• A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction

• Excellent analytical skills
• Stakeholder management experience and expertise
