Overview

Our team is looking for an experienced Principal Architect - AI & Data.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing AI software to meet the companies' technological requirements.
  • Providing system technology strategy, assessments, architectural software designs, and solution asset development with thought leadership across industries including capital markets, corporate investment banking and financial risk management.
  • Analyzing client business needs and technology objectives to identify opportunities for data and AI/ML software solutions and designing appropriate system software.
  • Designing and developing high-quality, scalable software/data architectures and AI/ML solutions using platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Developing and adapting reusable software solution assets for future projects, leveraging technologies like Kafka, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Providing client advisory services to understand client business goals, technology objectives and challenges and reflecting those needs through appropriate system software.
  • Consulting with clients to understand their specific business goals, technology challenges, and data needs and adapting those needs into appropriate system software.
  • Translating client requirements into actionable technical solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Advising clients on optimal data governance and metadata management approaches.
  • Providing customer first mind-set for software solution creation based on deep technology skillset including modern software architectures microservices, packaging, orchestration, delivery and leading the center of excellence Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Engineering practice.
  • Collaborating with customers, executive leadership, teams of researchers, scientists, engineers, and architects to define the technology strategy and implementation roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation as applicable to system software.
  • Creating compelling client proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition and technical details of proposed software solutions.
  • Presenting software solutions to clients and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
  • Practicing leadership on technology trends and highlighting opportunities for growth and evolution in our core software solution offers.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing domain expertise and industry insights.

  • M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Systems or closely related.
  • 12 mo. exp in any related AI Software Development position.
  • 12 mo. in: AI/ML models and techniques; Java; Python; Calypso; Microservices Architecture and API Design; Snowflake; DevOps; Git; Docker; Grafana. 25% Domestic Travel.
  • Telecommuting permitted.
  • 40 hrs/wk. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
