Insight Global is seeking a Computer Hardware Analyst to join the IT Asset Management team at our global headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

As part of Insight Global's Asset Management team, the Computer Hardware Analyst plays a pivotal role in the accountability for the IT assets throughout the enterprise, utilizing tools to manage all assets within the organization and affiliated companies.
Responsibilities
- Conducting hardware analysis and identifying issues in computer systems
- Developing and implementing hardware solutions to improve system performance and functionality.
- Testing and evaluating hardware components to ensure compatibility with existing systems.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related problems.
- Responsible for providing a break/fix service to internal and external customers.
- Accountable to follow the Insight Global standards for configuration.
- Update system records as needed to complete deployments.
- Responsible for defining and maintaining lifecycle support and implementation of tools such as ServiceNow, Intune, and Apple Business Manager.
- Track hardware entitlement and maintenance data to support refresh and break/fix activities and end of life processes and projects; investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity of hardware asset data.
- Ability to communicate with Technical and Business staff.
- Accountable for the IT assets throughout the enterprise utilizing tools to manage all assets within the organization and affiliated companies.
- Identify and report on potential issues with asset tracking tools, supporting systems and inputs; develop and maintain related program and process documentation.
- Work within ITAM teams to track hardware entitlement and maintenance data in support of refresh and end of life processes and projects; investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity of hardware asset data.

Qualifications
- Reports to Depot Services Manager and works closely with other managers in the organization.
- Comfortable with a high-growth, fast-paced, environment.
- Proven record of accomplishment of building strong partnerships with internal teams through close alignment and joint success.
- Process computer orders in internal and vendor systems
- Work on computer reclamation as needed
- Ability to conduct hardware analysis and identify issues in computer systems.
- Assist in multiple deployment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Possess an understanding of computer configurations and technical specifications.
- Ability to maintain and organize assets, warranty, maintenance, subscriptions, and contracts for assets via ServiceNow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with FedEx and other courier companies.
- You can physically move lightweight equipment up to 50 lbs.
