Certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), preferably.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM - Certified ScrumMaster).
  • Proficiency in Jira.
Language and Travel:
  • Proficient in English (90%)
Experience
Project Management:
  • Over 5 years of experience in managing digital projects.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably within a PMO environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with Digital Factory Projects on a Manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Logistics & Transportation Management systems and their interaction with ERP systems.

Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of Logistics and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Familiarity with identifying Project risks and establish adequate mitigation actions.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Asana, Monday, etc).
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Analytical Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills English-spanish.
  • Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement standardized project management practices within the PMO.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and progress to all relevant parties.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact.
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high-quality project outcomes.
Communication:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to keep everyone informed and engaged.
