Education and Certifications
Education:
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional), preferably.
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSM - Certified ScrumMaster).
- Proficiency in Jira.
- Proficient in English (90%)
Project Management:
- Over 5 years of experience in managing digital projects.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably within a PMO environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with Digital Factory Projects on a Manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Logistics & Transportation Management systems and their interaction with ERP systems.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Logistics and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Familiarity with identifying Project risks and establish adequate mitigation actions.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Asana, Monday, etc).
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English-spanish.
- Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement standardized project management practices within the PMO.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Provide regular updates on project status and progress to all relevant parties.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high-quality project outcomes.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to keep everyone informed and engaged.
