Infosys is seeking a Teradata, Informatica, and Data Warehousing Lead, In this role you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.   • Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Oakland, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • At least 2 years with a strong focus on Teradata platforms and Informatica ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data integration, and data transformation techniques for building and optimizing complex data pipelines.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing large-scale data warehouse systems to support operational and reporting needs.
  • Experience in Managed Services environments, ensuring ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of client solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and interface with clients.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud implementations.
  • Experience with data pipeline automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, etc.).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Teradata certifications (PowerCenter, Cloud) and/or Informatica certifications.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and integration with Teradata.
  • Experience managing data migrations, including data warehouse upgrades and platform transitions.
  • Strong experience working with Agile methodologies to deliver data solutions iteratively and efficiently.
  • Experience with data warehousing in a hybrid environment, utilizing both on-premises and cloud resources.
  • Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration tools like Apache NiFi or Airflow is a plus
