Infosys is seeking a Project Management - Technology Project Lead 2
The Infosys Data and Analytics unit is dedicated to helping clients adopt an approach to ubiquitously create value from data. We move them away from the conventional use case or point solution-led approach, towards the path to building industrialized capabilities to monetize data. We begin by creating an integrated blueprint of opportunities - unique to their business - for data-led value creation. Thereon we chart the roadmap to incrementally build the capabilities they need to deliver on the blueprint. This involves Modernizing the core to prepare for the digital transformation, building intelligent systems that interpret data cognitively to discover new signals and connect the unconnected and Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to nurture a learnable and adaptable enterprise that evolves at digital speed.

With this approach, enterprises can build a fabric for data to become the new internet connecting all the dots that matter, the driver of all enterprise decisions, and the advantage that everybody has equal access to. Thereafter, people - amplified by this data, can make connections unseen before, find problems unarticulated before, and build solutions that solve the unsolvable, through collaborative relationships that benefit consumers in ways unexplored.

Required/Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated capability in the following areas:

  • Azure data factory, Azure synapse, Azure Kubernetes services and Enterprise Services domain
  • Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
  • Steer a project from the start through its lifecycle, including resource management
  • Create comprehensive documentation outlining the proposed solution to address client's business problem and provide key inputs for solution delivery
  • Solve defined short-term problems by offering and sometimes implementing targeted strategies, without engaging in long-term operations
  • Craft persuasive narratives, navigate diverse viewpoints, and manage cross-cultural conversations for impactful outcomes
  • Demonstrate effective leadership by aligning cross-team efforts, resolving conflicts, fostering independent thinking, and motivating teams through merit-based recognition
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Capabilities in handling DataWarehouse projects across all phases of SDLC, Agile to lead large team
  • Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools
  • Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
  • Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates
  • Elicit, record and analyze requirements from the client to identify gaps/issues (both functional and non-functional)
  • Ability to analyze, collect, process, and interpret information to identify patterns, solve problems, and make informed decisions
  • Ability to leverage data structures, algorithms and computational thinking to code
  • Ability to design architecture and provide solution
  • Predict the project's time and effort, cost, and scope
  • Drive a culture of innovation by aligning innovative efforts with organizational goals and long-term strategies

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bridgewater NJ or be willing to relocate to the area.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
