Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in technical project management within mining, heavy industry, or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT/OT architecture, industrial automation, and networking protocols (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, Modbus, MQTT, etc.).
  • Experience with cybersecurity standards for industrial environments
  • Familiarity with BHP's technology ecosystem
  • Proven track record managing projects and associated methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with fluency in Spanish & English
  • Understanding of Chilean mining regulations and operational safety standards.:
  • Experience working in large-scale, remote mining environments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across global and local teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments
