Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in technical project management within mining, heavy industry, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT/OT architecture, industrial automation, and networking protocols (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, Modbus, MQTT, etc.).
- Experience with cybersecurity standards for industrial environments
- Familiarity with BHP's technology ecosystem
- Proven track record managing projects and associated methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with fluency in Spanish & English
- Understanding of Chilean mining regulations and operational safety standards.:
- Experience working in large-scale, remote mining environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across global and local teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments
