Required/Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Demonstrated capability in the following areas:
- Experience in SQL Server and API/Microservices domain
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
- Support the technical team in following SDLC processes while ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
- Predict the project's time and effort, cost, and scope
- Drives end-to-end project execution through strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, performance optimization, and proactive risk and resource management
- Create comprehensive document outlining the proposed solution to address client's business problem and provide key inputs for solution delivery
- Craft persuasive narratives, navigate diverse viewpoints, and manage cross-cultural conversations for impactful outcomes
- Strategically manage execution by aligning priorities with shifting demands, anticipating risks, allocating resources effectively, and fostering collaboration for sustained progress
- Capability in API/Microservices, .Net, SQL Server
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
- Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
- Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtain necessary approvals and securing client signoffs
- Elicit, record and analyze requirements from the client to identify gaps/issues (both functional and non-functional)
- Ability to analyze, collect, process, and interpret information to identify patterns, solve problems, and make informed decisions
- Ability to leverage data structures, algorithms and computational thinking to code
- Ability to design architecture and provide solutions
- Solve defined short-term problems by offering and sometimes implementing targeted strategies, without engaging in long-term operations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery
- An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
- Focus on anticipating challenges and deliver innovative solutions
- Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Indianapolis/Columbus, IN or be willing to relocate to the area.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
