Talend Lead Developer

Infosys is seeking a Talend Lead Developer. In this role, y ou will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. Y ou will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Brentwood, TN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 3 years of experience on Talend Data Integration tools and technologies
• Must be proficient on handling iDocs in Talend. Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services will be an added advantage
• Must be proficient on Oracle PL/SQL
• Should have experience in Data integration and data warehousing projects
• Candidate should involve in effective communications with the offshore delivery team and in conducting & moderating client meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Snowflake and Netezza would be added advantage
• Experience in Java is preferred
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Exposure to Retail Point of Sale operations

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
