Salesforce Comms Cloud consultant will work directly with the client business and IT stakeholders to understand, design and help implement the Salesforce Communication Cloud for B2B market. Candidate should:
  • Have experience in large scale transformation in the telecom industry
  • Have experience with client interaction and requirement analysis
  • Have experience with solution design
  • Have experience in product and catalog design and configuration in Salesforce Industries enterprise product catalog
  • Have experience in pricing, discounting and promotions design and configuration in Salesforce Industries Configure-Price-Quote
  • Have a deep understanding of how Salesforce Industries CPQ works, including cart APIs, out-of-the-box components, catalog and digital commerce APIs
  • Have a deep understanding of B2B telecom commercial and technical product models and product lifecycle
  • Have a good understanding and implementation experience of TMForum API specifications
  • Have hands-on experience on Salesforce Sales Cloud and platform
  • Be a native Spanish (Mexico) speaker
